
REGISTRATION
The Registration Department is saddled with the responsibility of registering fresh graduates of Radiography and renewing the Licenses of existing Registered Radiographers. It maintains a Database of Registered and Licensed Radiographers. The department in collaboration with the Institute department registers Student Radiographers, Darkroom Technicians and Assistants. It also works with the Monitoring and Enforcement department in providing the license status of Radiographers so as to help in proper monitoring of Radiography centres and regulation of the practice of Radiography in Nigeria.

The following documents are required for full Registration after Internship:
- Statement of Result (DCR, DIR, B.Sc, etc.)
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
- NYSC Certificate (where applicable)
- Two (2) recent Passport-size photographs
- Certificate of Registration
- Evidence of payments for Annual Licences
- Marriage Certificate (where applicable)
- Evidence of change of name (where applicable)
- Evidence of any decoration, honours or additional qualification(s) – where applicable
- Other relevant credentials.
