MRS RAMOS FAWZIYYAH BOLAJI(Head, Registration)
She hails from Lagos State, she holds a B.sc. Radiography – (Conversion Course by Queen Margret University London, 2010), Postgraduate Diploma in Radiation Protection from University of Ibadan 2008, Postgraduate Diploma in Economics 2002, Professional Diploma in Radiography (1996-2001) and National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Statistics Yaba College (1993-1998), She has also obtained Postgraduate Certificate in Computed Tomography from Institute of Radiography, 2007 as well as Professional Certificate in Leadership and Management in Health from University of Washington in 2017. She has M.sc in Radiological Health Administration and Management, from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka and currently pursuing her PhD in Health Management from University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
Mrs Ramos joined Radiographers’ Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN) as a staff in the Registration and Monitoring Department in 2005. In July 2011, she became the Head of Department (Registration) with responsibilities to ensure registration and licensing of Radiographers in Nigeria, Registration of Practices of Radiography in Hospital and Diagnosis Centres, Registration of Student Radiographers in Nigeria, issuing letters of Good Standing to Radiographers migrating to other countries. She was made Head of Professional Records and SERVICOM in 2012 saddled with task of keeping Radiographers Record in the Board and to ensure good service delivery of professional departments in the Board. From August 2014-June 2017, she was the Head, Sokoto Zonal Office, in charge of all the Board activities in Sokoto, Zamfara and Kastina and these includes monitoring of inspection of hospitals/centres. She is a registered member of the following Professional Bodies: Health Professional Council (HCPC), London with current practicing license, Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria, (RRBN) with current practicing License, International Society of Radiographers and Radiological Technologist (ISRRT), Association of Radiographers of Nigeria (ARN) and Royal Statistical Society (RSS), London. Moreover, she has vast experience in Clinical Radiography with special interest in Mammography. Her hobbies are reading and travelling. She is happily married to her heart throb, and the marriage is blessed with children.
